Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving of products. This includes ensuring the accuracy of orders received and investigating and correcting any mistakes, shortages, or overages in stock received.

It is also the Shipper/ Receiver’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all orders sent to customers and branches. Quality of work directly affects customer satisfaction and the reputation of the company/branch with external and internal customers.

Qualifications

Previous Shipping/Receiving and/or forklift experience is an asset
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills and be a team player
Possesses the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Customer service skills as asset
Detail oriented
Willing to train the right candidate
