Service
This position is responsible for identifying and meeting all of the service needs of the customers. This includes being the first point of contact for service customers via telephone and in person, determining job quotes, obtaining approval to proceed with the job and collecting payment for the job.
The Service Coordinator essentially acts as a liaison between the parts and service departments. The incumbent must work closely with the Branch Manager and Service Manger to coordinate the operation of the service shop.
