Position Summary

This position is responsible for selling parts to ensure all customer needs are met. This includes both telephone and in-person inquiries and sales.

Troubleshooting and problem solving is required for customers, co-workers and other departments to determine product needs. Incumbents are responsible for finding required parts through catalogues or utilize our in house computer system.

Qualifications

Previous parts experience would be an asset
Mechanical aptitude is beneficial
Excellent customer service skills
Willing to train the right candidate
