This position is responsible for providing parts and responding to inquiries from the service department at the Back Counter Parts Desk and acts as a liaison between service and parts departments within the branch.
Troubleshooting and problem solving is required for customers and co-workers in the Parts and Service Departments to determine product needs. Incumbents are responsible for finding required parts through use of catalogues or the computer system, and must ensure prompt delivery.
