Position Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing all computerized components of work flow in all branches in the group of companies.

Support for all end users of the mainframe system and PCs is the responsibility of this position. This includes reprogramming of the system as required, troubleshooting, and training for staff. This person provides recommendations and decisions regarding all computer hardware and software purchases.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance as this position is privy to sensitive information.

Qualifications

Advanced aptitude with computer systems and technology
Completion of related Information Technology Degree or Diploma
Prior experience is an asset
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
