Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing general support and maintenance to our I.T. environment. Working knowledge of notebook/ desktop hardware, thin clients, printers and servers is essential. Provides technical support to all end users of the mainframe system.

Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office
Diploma in Information Technology Studies
Experience with Windows Server 2000/2003, XP, Backup Exec, and MS SQL
Technical skills in Windows/ UNIX networked environment
Excellent communication skills
