Position Summary

This position is responsible for the operation of the reception and switchboard areas. Responsibilities include customer service, answering incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate department, greeting walk in customers and redirecting the customer to the appropriate department.

The incumbent will be required to perform a variety of clerical duties, as well as other duties assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Business knowledge and basic accounting skills would be beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be organized, able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and be able to self-manage duties
