Position Summary

This position encompasses a variety of tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager. Preparing offers of employment and creation of new employee files, maintaining the employee database, and other general office duties. This includes regular communication with management as well as other HR personnel.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance, as this position is privy to sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience is an asset
  • The ability to organize and manage a variety of tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to train the right candidate
