Position Summary

The position is responsible for the maintenance of credit matters with regards to all companies as required. This includes research of credit applications, account maintenance, collection of accounts, processing cash sales and receipts, reconciliation of accounts, and statement preparation.

The incumbent will also be required to research credit histories, input new accounts and perform clerical duties as well as updating changes to customer requirements and their financial position in the database.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance, as this position is privy to sensitive information regarding customer finances and the activities of the companies.

Qualifications

  • Previous related experience in credit and collections required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
